The Hood does not offer lotteries, duels, or case battles to people located in these jurisdictions, so requests from them are refused at the network level. This is based on the country your connection comes from, not on anything you did.

Blocking access by country is a compliance measure, not a guarantee. We do not claim it is perfect, and using a proxy or VPN to get around it does not make play legal where you live. The Terms of Service put that responsibility on the player.

You can still get your funds back. Email [email protected] from the wallet address you signed in with, and we will return the balance to that address. Include a fresh receiving address if you want the funds sent somewhere else.

Country databases go stale, and corporate VPNs sometimes report the wrong location. Send the address you are connecting from to [email protected] and we will look at it.
